There are no additives of any kind in our Wood Pellet Horse Bedding, the natural lignin in the wood binds the product together when it is subjected to the vast heat during the pelletization process. MJF Wood Pellet Horse bedding Reduces ammonia odour The Wood Pellet Horse Bedding when activated by water produces a soft bed of pure sawdust from virgin timber which will absorb the horses urine, as the urine produces clumps into the soft sawdust particles, it is easily removed therefore reducing the amount of urine in the stable and the smell which is healthier for both horse and for the rider.
